REGISTRATION EXCLUSIVELY BY ELECTRONIC MEANS: Candidates must use a GMAIL email to send documents via electronic form. Candidates who do not have a gmail email must create an account

FORMS AND TEMPLATES – FORMS OTHER THAN FORMS AVAILABLE FOR ELECTRONIC COMPLETION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED (SENDING FORMS WITH TEXT CONVERSIONS TO PDF AND VICE-VERSA, SCANNED FORMS  FILLED OUT BY HAND, FORMS SAVED AS AN IMAGE OR WITH ANY  AMENDMENT OF THE FORM AVAILABLE FOR ELECTRONIC COMPLETION WILL RESULT IN NON-APPROVAL OF REGISTRATION.

ATTENTION: to use electronic PDF forms, it is recommended that you install the latest version of ADOBE ACROBAT READER DC for your operating system (available free of charge). If you are having problems using the electronic form option, try to resolve them before the registration deadline.

ATTENTION: DO NOT USE FORMS OPEN IN YOUR BROWSERS – DOWNLOAD THE PDF FILE FOR ELECTRONIC COMPLETION, OPEN WITH THE ADOBE READER APPLICATION, FILL IN AND SAVE IN PDF USING THE NAME FOR THE FILE AS INDICATED ON THIS PAGE AND IN THE NOTICE (DO NOT USE CONVERSION APPLICATIONS ). AFTER THESE ACTIONS, ATTACH THE FILES TO PROCEED THE REGISTRATION.

FORM 1 – REGISTRATION
Fill out electronically, sign (this form accepts the insertion of an image file for signature – png or jpg file with signature) and save as a PDF, naming the file according to the instructions in the selection notice (form-1-PPGCN-2025-1-full name ) . Only use the electronic form provided for registration,  do not use any altered, scanned or saved image form – see instructions above!!!

FORM – LETTER  OF RECOMMENDATION – Choose one of the options below
Candidates must provide three letters of recommendation signed by people linked to the candidate’s university education or professional activities. Choose one of the form options below, fill in the preliminary information regarding your application, save the file in PDF naming the file as: Letter of Recommendation – PPGCN-2025-1 – Full name. Forward to the declarant requesting completion and sending to email: pgcn@uenf.br. Letters received by PPGCN email after the deadline for registration will not be considered.

– Option 1 – Eletronic PDF: Fill out electronically and save as a PDF, naming the file and proceeding as instructed above. (this form accepts the insertion of an image file – png or jpg – with signature).

– Option 2 – Printale PDF: Print, fill in the preliminary information in legible handwriting, scan and save in PDF, naming the file, proceeding as per the instructions above.

ANNEX 3 (MASTER CANDIDATES) AND ANNEX 4 (DOCTORATE CANDIDATES) 
The evaluation will observe the completion of the candidate’s self-assessment and the correct ordering of the documents in accordance with items 8.1.2.1 and 8.1.2.2. (master’s degree) and 8.2.2.1 and 8.2.2.2 (doctorate).  Only items that have been proven and registered in the Lattes Curriculum or equivalent Curriculum Vitae for foreign candidates will be considered.

ANNEX 3 (MASTER)
Complete electronically and save in PDF, naming the file as Annex 3-PPGCN-2025-1-full name.  Proceed in accordance with the instructions in items 2.2.2.1.3 (documentation 2) and 6.3.1 of the notice.

ANNEX 4 (DOCTORATE)
Complete electronically and save in PDF, naming the file as Annex 4-PPGCN-2025-1-full name.  Proceed in accordance with the instructions in items 2.2.2.1.3 (documentation 2) and 6.3.1 of the notice.
