Meetings of the Coordinating committee<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The meetings of the Coordinating Committee of the Graduate Program in Reservoir and Exploration Engineering are scheduled in the Meeting Calendar, but they may be subject to changes if necessary.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Extraordinary meetings may occasionally be held. In such cases, members of the Program will be notified in advance via email to address matters that cannot wait until the next scheduled meeting date.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

  • ATTENTION: <\/b>Documents that do not depend on deadlines defined in the Program’s resolutions but require approval by the graduate program members must be submitted to the Program Secretariat at least 03 (three) working days before the scheduled meeting date to be included in the agenda.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
