Special Student enrollment information
1st Semester / 2020
Para inscrever-se como aluno especial, o candidato deve preencher o formulário 0 (disponível aqui), escolhendo a disciplina que deseja cursar (o quadro de disciplinas estará disponível a partir do dia 06/12/2019) e entregar na secretaria da pós-graduação nos dias 10 ou 11/12, (NOVA DATA) no horário de 14 às 17 horas, com os seguintes documentos:
- Copy of Undergraduate Diploma
- Copy of Undergraduate Transcript
- 1 Photo 3 × 4
- Copy of ID
- Copy of CPF
- Copy of Reservist Certificate
- Copy of the civil registry (birth or marriage certificate)
- Copy of voter registration
- CV (free format)
Your request will be analyzed by the professor responsible for the chosen discipline and later the result of the selection will be posted on the CCH announcement board and on the program page as of 02/10/2020.
IMPORTANT:
- The candidate who has already taken two semesters as a special student will not be able to register again, according to the new regulations of the graduate program. Registration will only again be permitted 5 (five) years after the last course taken.
- To take later advantage of the credits taken as a special student, the student must obtain a grade of A in the course he/she wishes to take.
- If a student wishes to sign up for two subjects, they must bring two sets of documents and forms. Important: Only a maximum of two registrations will be accepted for all CCH courses.
- The justification should focus on the discipline being requested as a special student.
- Students who are approved must register on 03/04 and 03/05/2020 in the academic secretariat of UENF.
- The semester will start on 03/09/2020.
